Instructions
Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt and allow to stand for one hour.
Drain the liquid and add the cucumber to the yoghurt together with chilies.
Arrange on a platter and sprinkle with chili and garam masala.

- 1 peeled cucumber cut into pieces
- 400 g of yoghurt
- Salt
- 2 green chillies sliced
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of garam masala
