Instructions
Chop the onion, add the meat with a pot of pepper and salt, stir the ingredients and put the mixture in a blender until it becomes a puree.
With wet hands prepare the elongated patties about 8 cm.
Heat a griddle and hot when it start to cook the meatballs you have oiled; the meatballs should be almost burnt on the outside.
Serve with chopped onion for edges and/or pepper sauce.
In some other variants is also used in donkey meat, cumin and garlic powder.

- 300 g of minced beef
- 300 g of pork rillette
- 2 onions
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
