Champagne in cucumber
Instructions
You freeze a large glass Pilsener.
A cucumber, washed if necessary rubbing with a rubber brush or with a towel to clean it better.
Cut a long strip of bark of a little more than 1 cm and the length of the entire cucumber and put it into the glass.
Pour lemon juice and Benedictine.
Slowly add champagne and stir very gently.
Let stand the drink for a few minutes to absorb the flavor of the cucumber.

- 1/19 lemon juice
- 16/19 iced champagne brut wine
