Instructions
In a glass (or flute) put the Orange slice with over the clod of sugar soaked in angostura, pour the brandy, champagne well chilled.
In the 1920s and later, in numerous trendy bars, this drink was added a splash of grand marnier or cointreau, and without the icing decoration to maraschino.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 100 g of wine champagne brut
- 10 g of brandy
- 1 cube sugar
- Spray 1 of angostura
- 1 slice of orange
- To decorate:
- 1 icing to maraschino
