Instructions

Clean the mushrooms and slice them.

Apart from melt butter without it darkened.

Place the mushrooms in a pan trying not to overlap them and let them dry over low heat then irrorarli with butter, salt and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.

Mix the cream and lemon juice and pour over mushrooms.

Continue cooking until the cream is sweet will be reduced by half.

Serve them hot.
