Instructions
Peel 4 oranges while the other spremetela.
In a bowl beat the eggs with sugar, the flour, the boiling milk and put on the fire to take the boil, when you shall put everything from heat, add 2 tablespoons of orange juice.
Take a pan and garnish the bottom and sides with oranges, peeled and sliced.
Chop cookies and immerse them in the orange juice, then put them on the bottom of the Pan and cover with the sauce that you have prepared.
Put another layer of sliced oranges and keep alternating the biscuits soaked in orange juice with the cream and candied fruit pieces.
You have to finish with a layer of biscuits.
Put the mold in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Serve garnished with candied fruit.
