Apple charlotte
Instructions
Bake apples, peeled and cut into slices with 50 g of butter, vanillin and a few tablespoons of water, until you have a puree.
Remove from heat and after 10 minutes add the jam line a mould with slices of bread soaked in 50 g of melted butter and fill with Apple mixture.
Bake at 220 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 800 g of apples renette
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 5 tablespoons of apricot jam
- Vanillin
