Anchovy chatter
Instructions
Prepare puff pastry (or thaw at room temperature the frozen) and roll out the dough on the floured work surface into a thin sheet.
With the toothed wheel from browse forty stripes slightly wider and longer than an anchovy fillet.
Lay strips half the anchovy fillets, then cover with the remaining strips of dough by pressing with your fingers to stop around the edges.
Fry the chatter (a few at a time) in the butter foamy; as they are ready, place on a sheet of absorbent paper towel to remove the excess grease.
then arrange on a serving dish covered with a towel and serve hot.
