Instructions
Put in a bowl the butter and sugar and stir until creamy.
Add the egg yolks, cocoa and sieved flour, baking powder, ground coffee and soluble and a pinch of salt without working the dough too.
Move it on a plane, fold it back up a couple of times and formed a sheet of about an inch.
Wrap it with kitchen foil and let rest in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
With the dough shaped balls and with the blunt side of a knife incidetele in half.
Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of ground coffee
- 1 sachet of instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
