Fast chili
Instructions
Cook garlic and meat in hot oil, until meat loses its red color.
Add the beans, previously boiled, and a few tablespoons of their cooking water.
Combine the onion and the pepper.
Pour the tomato sauce, pepper and a little salt.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 45 minutes.

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 500 g of beef pulp
- 200 g of dried red beans
- 1/2 sliced onion
- 1/2 sliced pepper
- 500 g of tomato sauce
- Hot pepper
