Chorba hamra
Instructions
Put the chickpeas to soak overnight.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Peel the onions and zucchini.
Grate the carrots.
Wash the remaining vegetables and diced them.
Chop the coriander bouquet.
In a pan put the oil, chopped onion, tomato sauce, half of the bouquet of cilantro, spices and salt.
Cook over high heat for a few minutes then add the pieces of meat and lapped with one liter and a half of water.
Bring to the boil.
At this point, add the vegetables and chickpeas, cover and let simmer for 40 minutes.
When the meat and vegetables are cooked, add the vermicelli, coriander advanced and possibly hot water.
Tan served in individual dishes, each adding a slice of lemon.
