Instructions

Put all ingredients, except the meat, in the mixer and Chop fine.

Pour over the meat and cover with a plate.

Let marinate at room temperature for the whole day.

Wipe up excess water and put in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Serve with scrambled eggs.
