Raisin bun
Instructions
To soften the raisins in warm water.
Work the butter, sugar, starch, flour, baking powder, and add the egg yolks one at a time.
If the dough is too hard to combine 1 egg white.
Wring out the raisins and mix it to the dough.
Grease and flour a cake tin with a hole in the Centre and pour in the mixture.
Bake in hot oven at 190 degrees for about 1 hour.
Turn out the hot cake and allow to cool.
