Instructions
In flour put grated carrots, salt, yeast dissolved in a little warm cream, grated ginger and pepper.
Knead, adding a little at a time, warm water to obtain a soft dough.
Let rise until double in volume.
Work, form a bun and put it on the greased plate.
Let rise for 1 hour, brush with the beaten egg yolk with olive oil and bake in the oven already warm to 220 degrees for 1 hour.

- 500 g of 0 flour
- 250 g of carrots novelle
- 25 g of brewer's yeast
- 2 slices of fresh ginger (optional)
- 1 egg yolk
- Cooking cream
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
