Melt sugar, kneading with the eggs until fluffy and foamy cream.
Little at a time, along with the cream flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt; incorporated then also the juice and grated rind of lemon and ricotta.
Mix thoroughly until the ingredients blend until smooth then pour the mixture into a buttered and lightly for Donuts sprinkled with flour.
You then bake 30 minutes hot, let it cool and serve.
