Donuts to 5 grains
Instructions
For the dough: put the various types of wholemeal flour, soy flakes and oats in a blender and mix.
Pour the fructose, salt, yeast dissolved in 35 cl of water and knead for 10 minutes, until dough is elastic (add a tablespoon of water if necessary).
Sprinkle the dough with flour, cover the bowl with a cloth and let rise for about 40 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and form into balls, wrap in transparent paper and let sit for 5 minutes.
For the Donuts: flour the work plan and work the dough to form of Donuts: you can make the rolls and then join the ends or form a hole in the middle of the ball and enlarge it with your fingers.
Put the Donuts in a baking sheet spacing them.
Cover them with a cloth and leave to rise for about 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 225 degrees.
Fill another baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bring to a boil a pot of water: Cook 2-3 Donuts at a time for one minute, gently rivoltandole.
Then, drain and let them drain on a cloth.
To serve: arrange the buns on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the surface is golden.

- For donuts 8:
- 270 g of wholemeal flour
- 50 g of spelt flour
- 50 g of oatmeal
- 50 g of soy flakes
- 20 g of brewer's yeast
- 1 tablespoon of fructose
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- For the pan:
- Wholemeal flour
- Olive oil
- To sprinkle:
- Sunflower seeds, pumpkin, sesame, poppy and flax
