Donuts with lemon and pistachios
Instructions
Turn on oven to 190 degrees.
Lightly grease two baking plates.
In a bowl mix cream butter with a wooden spoon.
Add the icing sugar and knead again until mixture is light and fluffy.
Setacciatevi flour and add the lemon zest.
Fill the dough with a pastry bag with a star nozzle.
