Anise buns (Ciambelline All'anice)
Instructions
Combine in a large bowl the sugar, olive oil, wine and just enough flour to obtain a smooth and elastic dough.
Add a bit of aniseed.
Work the dough into as many Donuts.
Line them up on a buttered and floured oven and put them in the oven already warm until will be well browned.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Flour
- Aniseed
