Ruzze Buns (Ciambelline Ruzze)
Instructions
On board scour at fontana the flour, make a recess in the Center, pour sugar, wine, olive oil and anise seeds.
Knead.
The dough should not be too soft.
Divide it into many small pieces, form of noodles and combine them to form at both ends of the donuts with a diameter of about 5 cm, then place them in a bakery already floured plate, brush with wine and sugar and bake at 180 degrees for half an hour.

- 1200 g of flour
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 handful of aniseed
- 1 1/2 cup of white wine
