Ciaramicola
Instructions
Put in 1 Bowl flour, egg yolks, grated lemon zest, sugar and 100 g of soft butter into small pieces.
Knead everything together, then add 1 glass of alkermes and baking powder forming a homogeneous paste and form a donut.
Put in buttered and floured mold 1.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Almost finished cooking, cover it with the egg whites and put it back in the oven for 2 minutes.
Serve cold, sprinkled with candies.

- 550 g of flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 120 g of butter
