Chocolate cherries
Instructions
Pitted cherries, holding onto casserole so as not to throw away its juice.
Add the sugar and the wine, stir and cook 15 minutes.
Grate the chocolate and mix quickly to cherries, then pour it all in 4 individual cups.
Let cool in refrigerator before serving and sprinkle with a few mint leaves.
NB.
If you prefer, after you cooked cherries raffreddare with their sauce and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of black cherries
- 80 g of sugar
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 50 G = = Chocolate
- 1 sprig of mint
