Baked cinnamon cherry
Instructions
Delete the cherry stem, wash them carefully and put them in a saucepan with the sugar 1, bit of cinnamon and lemon zest; pour over red wine and 1 cup of water.
Stir thoroughly with 1 wooden spoon, cover and cook on moderate fire, plan for 1 hour.
Then turn off the heat and let cool in their syrup, cherries before parceling out cups.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1000 g of ripe cherries
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 bit of cinnamon
- Bit 1 of lemon zest
- 1 glass red wine
- 1 glass of water
