Instructions

Make a batter with flour, milk, water, egg yolks, a pinch of salt, oil and liquor; mix well, let stand for one hour and stir in the whipped egg whites light.

Dip the cherries in the batter, fry them in boiling oil, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
