Instructions

Wash away the tops, cut into wedges, wash and drain.

In a saucepan pour the oil and add the garlic, chilli and the summits already drained.

Cover and cook over moderate heat for about 45 minutes without mixing; Sprinkle with wine and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

When cooked, the wine must be evaporated.
