Turnip greens baked in foil
Instructions
Clean the cime di rapa, wash, drain well and divide them into four parts.
Cut four sheets of aluminium foil of a measure that could contain vegetables well expanse and repeatedly brush with a little oil.
Arrange the piles of turnip greens on their aluminium sheets and put a slice of garlic.
Spray them with the juice of half a lemon to filtered colander, pour a little olive oil, add salt, pepper and close the wrappers.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Withdrawn, please rest a few minutes, place on serving dish.
