Florets of cauliflower
Instructions
Divide the cauliflower florets and wash them in water and vinegar.
Drain well.
In a bowl sprinkle 6 tablespoons oil, chopped capers, herbs and chopped onions, 2 tablespoons wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Put florets in a bowl, seasoning them with the sauce and let them add about an hour before serving.

- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Chives
- Thyme
- 1 scallion
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
