Wild boar to apples
Instructions
In a saucepan melt 30 g butter and chopped meat to saucepan chunks.
When they have browned add an onion and a carrot chopped well.
Stir, sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour, Brown and wet with wine.
Add a clove of garlic, a bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Bring to the boil, switch the Pan in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for an hour.
Shortly before the end of the cooking, sprinkle with a small glass of brandy.
Meanwhile cut peeled apples into small pieces and fry them in a pan with the remaining butter for 10 minutes.
Serve the meat with the sauce and cooking the apples.
