Sandra chocolates
Instructions
Whisk together until whites become the egg yolks and sugar.
Melt over low heat in a little milk chocolate and after having withdrawn from heat add the butter and mix together well the beaten yolks.
Let it sit for a day and a night, then form balls and dip in sugar.
If the chocolate is very sweet, add a little cocoa.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 egg yolks
- 75 g of sugar
- 200 g of gianduia chocolate
- 125 g of butter
