Instructions
Put on a pot with lard and onions split in half.
Let it FRY for a few minutes and then add tomatoes or preserves.
When the onions are cooked, pour everything into a pot where you have already placed the slices of bread.
Let it sit for a few minutes and then serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of onions
- 500 g of tomato (or 200 g of tomato paste)
- 500 g of sliced corn bread
