Instructions
Clean the onions and cut them into thin slices, place in a bowl and cover them by soaking in milk bath for 30 minutes.
Drain, dry and flour them.
Put them then to fry a few at a time in plenty of hot oil.
Remove them when you will be formed a golden crust and salt them a little bit.

- 1000 g of onions
- 100 cl of milk
- 00 flour
- Abundant of frying oil
- Salt
