Parboiled onions alla napoletana
Instructions
Nectar and Peel onions.
Cook them by throwing them into boiling water and lasciandovele for 30 minutes.
Once cooked, drain and cut them in half horizontally and place them on a serving dish.
In a bowl, mix oil, salt, freshly ground pepper, oregano and parsley.
Season the onions with the prepared sauce.
The onions prepared in this way are a very suitable for mixed boiled meats.

- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground white pepper
