Stuffed onions (2)
Instructions
Cut the onions in half, creating bowls and put them in a baking dish.
The Interior of the onions must be chopped together with parsley, to which we will add the raisins, parmesan and the whole egg, finally, a pinch of salt and breadcrumbs, if it was too soft.
Put a little oil on the onions, and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 4 onions
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of sultanas
