Instructions
Peel the onions and let them boil up to three-quarters of the cooking time, I mean they're still pretty crunchy.
Let them cool and cut them horizontally a bit more on half, then partially svuotatele with a spoon.
Meanwhile chop the veal roast, cooked sausage, parsley and the remains of boiled onions; the two whole eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Fill half onions with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish greased with oil and butter, breadcrumbs and infornatele spolveratele in the oven already warm to 160 degrees for fifteen minutes.
Serve hot.
Suggested wine: Dolcetto d'Alba.

- 6 onions
- 350 g of veal roast
- 150 g of cooked salami
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
