Pineapple banana cream
Instructions
Macerate for 1/2 hour the diced pineapple in rum and sugar.
Mash bananas with a fork and mix them with cream.
Arrange the pineapple into bowls, cover with a liqueur obtained by maceration and with banana cream.
Sprinkle with chocolate or cinnamon.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 10 cl of rum
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Bitter chocolate (or cinnamon)
- 150 g of whipped
