Onions in marsala sauce
Instructions
Fry the onions in oil and butter with garlic.
Remove the garlic and sprinkle of marsala, combine corn starch diluted in a little broth and a pinch of thyme.
Cover flush of broth and cook for about 40 minutes, and covered.

- 400 g of peeled shallots
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- Marsala wine
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- Broth
- Thyme
