Onions au Gratin (Cipolline Gratinate)
Instructions
Boil for 20 minutes, Peel onions in salted water, drain and put in a buttered baking dish.
Dissolve 30 g butter, mix in the flour and dilute with warm milk.
To thicken the sauce, add salt, pepper, parmesan and egg yolks one by one.
Pour over the onions, sprinkle with Gruyere cheese and some butter flake.
Go in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 800 g of new onions
- 70 g of butter
- 30 g of flour
- 20 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of grated gruyere cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
