Sweet and sour onions (2)
Instructions
Put raw onions, the night before, in warm water with vinegar and a pinch of baking soda.
The next day, drain and cook them in water, when they are cooked, add a little olive oil, a bit of butter, a tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon sugar satin and a pinch of salt.

- Spring onions
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Baking
- 1 bit of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Little of olive oil
