Onions in sauce
Instructions
Make a sauce with 2 scallions, garlic and 2 tablespoons oil.
Add the tomato paste, vinegar, wine and sugar and boil the sauce for 5 minutes.
Add the onions, season with salt and cook for 20-30 minutes to pot.
Cool the onions, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of new onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 40 cl of red wine
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
