Instructions

Wash the scallions and cook for about 15 minutes.

In a saucepan heat the butter with two tablespoons of olive oil and Rosemary, then add the onions and leave to season sweet focus.

Wet them with a little wine, season with salt, pepper and continue cooking for another 20 minutes over low heat.

Remove Rosemary before serving.
