Instructions
Saute in a crock with garlic, chopped carrot, celery, parsley, onion.
Sprinkle white wine and let evaporate.
Add chopped tomatoes and let simmer 10 minutes; stretch with enough water to have consistency semi-liquid, season with salt and add the fish cleaned and Hulk; Cook until it flakes.
