Claret cup
Instructions
Put in a glass jug a teaspoon of sugar, an orange sliced unpeeled 1/2 lemon, cut into slices unpeeled, fresh chopped pineapple, strawberries and raspberries in the preferred amount, 1 small glass of brandy and 1 small glass of maraschino.
Let macerate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Pour into a bottle of Claret jug French or Italian and 1 Claret glass of soda or Seltzer water.
Stir well and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.

- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 orange
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 fresh pineapple
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- 1 dram of brandy
- 1 dram of maraschino
- 1 bottle of claret french (or italian claret)
- 1 glass of soda (or seltzer water)
