Asparagus cocktail
Instructions
Boil the asparagus and cut their tender part into pieces.
Cut into dice the ham and pineapple.
Mix ingredients and place them in 4 bowls on lettuce leaves.
Cover with mayonnaise, garnish with slices of hard-boiled egg and tomato and sprinkle with parsley.

- 4 leaves of lettuce salad
- 1 tomato
