Shrimp cocktail
Instructions
Boil in boiling salted water shrimps and drain after 5 minutes.
Merge to shrimp 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, three tablespoons salsa rubra, one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, a glass of brandy or cognac, salt and a little lemon juice.
Mix everything gently so that the sauce takes good shrimp and color them properly.
Cover the bottom of a Cup starters with some salad leaves, washed and dried well and pour over the mixture.
Stir gently now the teaspoon of curry cream, so that it is evenly colored sauce.
Pour this sauce over the shrimp into the cups and then put them in the refrigerator less cold area.
Before serving garnish as desired.

- 350 g of shrimp
- 1 tube of mayonnaise
- Salsa rubra
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dram of brandy (or cognac)
- Salt
- Lemon
- Salad leaves
- 50 cl of creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon of curry
