Instructions
Boil shrimp, sgusciateli and put them into glass Cup winners where you have already put some lettuce leaves.
Make mayonnaise by whisking the yolks with salt, 1 cup of olive oil, lemon juice and a little chopped parsley.
Put the mayonnaise on the fish and garnish with a slice of tomato.
Keep in the refrigerator until serving.

- 400 g of shrimp
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 lemon
