Melon Cocktail (Cocktail di Melone)
Instructions
Choose a melon that is at the right point of maturity; remove the peel and pulp obtained a rather tiny cubes.
Collected in a bowl and sprinkle the fruit with the icing sugar.
Keep covered in refrigerator about an hour.
When serving sprayed with the liquor.
Split the cubes in Crystal cups held al fresco and veiled with a few tablespoons orange gelatin.
Gelatine can be even more taste like raspberry or tangerine.
Serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 honeydew melon
- Kirsch (or maraschino)
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- Orange jelly
