Blue fish cocktail
Instructions
Clean the fish by depriving of lisps Cook in a stew prepared with water and wine in equal proportions and smells.
When cooked make it cool.
Divide into small pieces by removing the heads.
Place in bowls on a bed of lettuce cut into strands.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon.
Like you can with veil of mayonnaise.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 25 cl of white wine
- 100 g of carrot
- 100 g of onion
- 100 g of celery
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- Mayonnaise to taste
- 1000 g of sardines, anchovies, mackerel
- 2 heads of lettuce salad
