Paprika chicken cocktail
Instructions
Remove the chicken skin, disossatelo and cut it into small pieces.
Combine the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika.
Mix thoroughly and let stand 20 minutes.
Meanwhile clean the onions and cut them into rings, cut washed tomatoes into wedges and deprived of seeds, drain the asparagus, cut into pieces and sliced the gherkins.
Add chicken ingredients adding capers and olives and stir carefully.
With the lettuce leaves wash and dry lined the bottom of 4 glass cups.
Divide into bowls of chicken mixture, keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve.

- 1/2 cold roast chicken
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar

- 2 onions
- 2 salad tomatoes
- 250 g of canned asparagus tips
- 50 g of gherkins
- 30 g of capers
- 50 g of pitted green olives
- Some leaves of lettuce salad
