Prawn cocktail
Instructions
Wash the prawns, Cook in salted water, drain.
In a bowl mix a jar of mayonnaise (or a mayonnaise made with two eggs), sauces, brandy, cream, add salt if necessary.
Four beautiful washed lettuce leaves, dry, place in four cups of Crystal, distributed above seasoned shrimp with the sauce.
You can decorate with Norway lobster tail kept aside.
Keep in the refrigerator an hour before serving.

- 400 g of shrimp unshelled
- Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons of brandy
- 2 tablespoons of cream
