Instructions
Separate the Nephrops busts from queues, the latter rinse under running water and boil for five minutes in the water.
Peel, season with oil, salt, pepper and let it sit for a while.
Diluted mustard in cognac and whisky together with add to mayonnaise.
Wash and drain lettuce, finely cut, dress with the prepared sauce and arrange in six cups.
Accommodated in each bowl and scampi salad and leave in the fridge for a while.
Use a mayonnaise rather compact.

- 2000 g of scampi
- 150 g of mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 1 dram of cognac
- 1/2 shot of whisky
- 1 fresh lettuce salad
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
