Grilled prawn tails with tomato sauce
Instructions
Take a large bowl, mix together the wine, onion, lemon juice and oil.
Dip the prawns and let marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
Obtain a pan with the bottom often, pour oil and heat over medium high.
Combine the garlic, spring onions peppers and ginger and cook for 2 minutes, making sure to stir constantly.
Add after all the coriander and mustard 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes and cook for 1 more minute, then turn off the heat and mix with the vinegar and the sugar.
Leave the mixture into a sauce pan.
Heat the grill and place the prawns in twos with kebabs.
Give a slight brush with marinade and cook for 3 minutes to 3 cm away from the heat.
Must become opaque.
Prepare a base of rice on a serving platter and serve.

- 24 prawn tails
- 1 chopped onion
- 13 cl of dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 3 peeled chopped spring onions
- 6 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 spicy green chillies deseeded and chopped
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Mustard powder
